"I have had many therapies to help me recovery from the chronic illness and severe self-esteem problems over many years and I have worked with over 35 professional therapists. "You know that feeling when you wake up in a summer day in the mountains, you grab the handle on the window, you turn it and instantly you get that blow of fresh oxygen and inspiring thoughts for getting the best out of the day? That's exactly the feeling I've had every time I have been going through each chapter of the 12 modules.
I know this will sound like a geeky story, I know, but hear this -
In the early 90’s, at the time of Windows 3.11 a Microsoft guy tried to explain to me that Windows got this name because every time you install and launch a new program, it is like unlocking a new window from which you discover that you can actually do and see new things from the same home. 
By going through this program [The 360º Experience] I felt like being inside that world, where every chapter let me understand that I am ingenuously holding locked so many opportunities and I suddenly discovered a huge amount of fresh oxygen from the environment and people around me that I previously was not aware of.
After some chapters I also understood the idea behind calling this program an experience rather than a course, especially now that I look back on myself before I started. 
I recognize the level of inexperience I had, and that was just 4 months ago!!
I knew from the beginning that thanks to my character I was not going to be the easiest case for Marita, but I found her way to get me to challenge myself very professional and well balanced:
- in the beginning by discovering where I was limiting myself, thanks also to those exercises that sounded really unconventional for my techy everyday life
- by giving me constant feedback
